 Combined more than 10 years experience in France and South East Asia markets in the field of management, financial accounting and administration, venture capital and audit.

My last experience as CFO of a regional company located in 7 countries employing more than 3000 staffs allowed me to acquire significant experience in team and project management with international exposure as well as develop expertise in reporting, financial analysis and business performance.

With an initial background in the audit industry, I have demonstrated my ability to lead various teams internationally on the supervision of financial accounting functions, through business development missions on M&A, due diligence and valuations, as well as fundraising and structuring of debt/equity instruments.

Mission highlights: reorganization, recruitment and supervision of new global team to allow international expansion, management of consolidation for listed company with 8 subsidiaries and 3 associates, EBIT growth of more than 44%, completion of transactions worth more 130M USD including acquisitions and equity injections in new subsidiaries, fundraising of more than 250M USD from private institutions, established regional banks and government agencies, reduction of cost of debt from 7% to 5.4%.
